once it has begun to set in - this is far and above my favorite- make this-grab a favorite blankie-and go to bed! Fresh sliced ginger root-about 1 & 1/2 inch of the root- fast
boil in 2 cups of good water , for 5 mins.covered crush 5 large cloves of garlic- with lime press, hammer etc add to boiling ginger, boil 2 mins add 1/2 teaspoon cayanne pepper, turn off add juice of 1 whole fresh lemon 1 tablespoon of honey Strain-into large mug and drink with blankie
PS. this recipe is awesome if youre sick, gives an all over warm sleepy sensation, and has always made me almost well the next day.
